It's been more than four years since when I am in form 3, one of the gratest achievement in my life and I wanted to thank you for all your support down the years. You have been such loyal teacher and I'm so grateful to you.
To my dearest THIPAN RAJ SIR, a warm welcome. I hope you enjoy with this small dedication blog from me as much as I enjoyed writing it.

Without passion a teacher cannot be successful in their jobs.
I'll know that Thipan Raj sir following his passion and he can answer 'YES' to the four 'F'S below :
Fun - He really enjoy what he do, it provides a buzz and is a constant motivator to him.
Fame - I'm not talking international celebrity status here, but you are recognised for what you do and others appreciate the contribution you make to all of us... sir
Fortune - Of course;wealth is relative, but he has lifestyle needs. Having these needs satisfied his own personal fortune.
Future - These is a sustained long-term horizon for what him doing.

Amita Roddick I always think about my study HERO, he is a big achiever and best performer across the EDUCATION WORLD. What does he share in common? The answer is a single-minded passion for what he do. It's the ultimate success factor. Accessing his passion will has a profound impact on achieving his goals, being fulfilled and living a happy life. It can enrich his relationships with his family, students and work colleagues and it can engage, motivate and inspire his students to deliver outstanding results.
Once he determined his true passion, he had set out his vision for success and established the direction to take to get there for his students, he will probably find that life has an amazing way of giving him what he want. That's because he will able to channel all his passion and energy towards a single goal of his student and with such determination and commitment, he will be equipped with such determination and commitment, he will be equipped with the tools to share his own future - to mould circumstances, situations and classes to his demands in order to get closer to what he had set out to achieve.

- Helps him to understand with clarity the relationships important for Success
- Provides momentum for change when he feel he deserve more

Otherwise, Thipan Raj sir run the risk of ploughing his energy into activities that appear to be useful in the long term.And the more energy his focus on reaching his ultimate goal rather than wasting it on other activities.Hitting these interim goals will be satisfying his experience and one that he can delivers a sense of fulfillment and meaning.

- I hope you never forget me in your life journey sir.(I'll want to be your best student forever)
